Is Calmix a medical device?
Not yet. It is a research prototype on the path to clinical validation. Nothing here replaces a clinician.
Where does the data live?
Raw waveforms stay on the wrist by default. Only features explicitly shared by the user are exported.
Can it work with my therapist?
Yes — that is the goal. With consent, Calmix can summarize sessions and ERP exercises for review.
How is it different from a smartwatch?
A smartwatch optimises for fitness. Calmix optimises for the autonomic signature of stress, with on-device adaptive scoring.
